I began my career as a photo editor at the New York Sun, a daily newspaper based in downtown Manhattan, in 2002. I've held the position of photo editor at M. Shanken Communications, where I oversaw the photography acquisition, licensing and production for Cigar Aficionado, Food Arts and Market Watch magazines. In 2006, I became the photo editor at The Week magazine, a fast-growing national weekly news magazine, where I also contributed editorially to the real estate and food sections.
